Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales made between AF SELECTION SAS, operating under the trade name LA BONNE ÉTOILE, a company registered in France, and any individual placing an order on the website https://yenedal.com/.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described with the utmost care. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.
Items are shipped from the United States through carefully selected logistics partners known for their reliability and quality.
3. Orders
By confirming an order on the website, the customer accepts these T&Cs without reservation.
An order is confirmed upon successful payment.
AF SELECTION SAS, operating under the trade name LA BONNE ÉTOILE, reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of payment failure, invalid address, or previous dispute with the customer.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars ($), taxes included unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed in US dollars through the available online payment options (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
The full amount is charged immediately upon order confirmation.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped exclusively to the United States.
Processing time: 2 to 5 business days
Delivery time: 7 to 10 business days, excluding U.S. public holidays.
A tracking number will be sent by email once the order has been shipped.
6. Returns and Refunds
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Customized or discounted items are non-refundable, except in the case of defects.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
7. Liability
AF SELECTION SAS, operating under the trade name LA BONNE ÉTOILE, cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or delivered products, nor for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
In case of a problem, the customer agrees to contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Personal Data
Data collected is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Customers residing in the United States may also exercise their rights under applicable local laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
For customers residing outside the European Union (including the United States):
These T&Cs are governed by French law, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws in the customer’s country of residence.
An amicable resolution will be sought as a priority.
In the absence of agreement, and subject to applicable mandatory local laws, any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in France.
